It's 150 pages of all Shippoku cooking. There's supposed to be a translation
available, but I couldn't find it.

You might try searching for "Nagasaki cuisine". A lot of the hits seem to have
Shippoku mentioned.

Forgot to add; there's a translator listed. Brian Bakovni, or something
like that, so there may be an English version. The title (in case
you can't read the Japanese) is "Shippokuryouri no susume; An introduction
to Shippolu Cuisine"
